What we collect and why
We use the name, email, optional company and telephone, message and selected services that you submit to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. This processing supports steps you request before entering a contract. Security logs and access controls serve our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Do not include sensitive personal information or confidential credentials in the forms. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Your customer account
Registration is optional. If you create an account, we use your name, verified email and protected password to provide private access to your requests and shared proposals. You can update your name, company, telephone, tax identification number, address and language preference in your account. Changing your email requires confirmation at the current and new addresses. Original request and proposal records are preserved.
Account data is kept while the account is active. To request account closure or erasure, contact the email above; any records that must be retained will be identified in our response.
Storage and access
Enquiries without an ongoing contract are reviewed after 24 months without activity and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Contractual documents may require a different retention period under applicable obligations. Only authorised staff and contracted hosting and email providers have access for these purposes.
We do not sell your data or make automated decisions about your enquiry. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area must use the safeguards required by applicable law.
Browser storage
The cart uses session storage during your visit. Only with your permission is a copy stored locally for future visits, for up to 30 days. Your privacy preference is remembered for 180 days and can be changed in the footer. Session storage prevents duplicate requests. Necessary cookies protect customer and staff login and private previews. We count successfully submitted enquiries in aggregate, without analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 receives a browser identifier, visited public pages, language, technical browsing data and events for received contacts or proposal requests. We do not send names, emails, telephone numbers, messages, account data or enquiry references. We do not measure the backoffice, customer area or confirmations. Your rights
